Update on my writing (Handyman series & more…)

I got my latest version of The Handyman’s Tale (Book 1) back from my copy editor last week. I accepted most of her changes and sent the revisions back to her for the next round. I was very impressed with the work she did. I think her corrections make the book stronger, and I learned a lot in the process.

The Handyman’s Curse (Book 2) is out to my beta readers.

I completed the first draft of a short story this morning. I plan to send that to the Al Blanchard contest (needs to be out before the end of the month). I’ve got a few minor revisions to consider, and then out it goes.

Marje (beloved and wonderful wife) is working with someone for an audiobook on the first book of her series (An Elegant Death in Hastings). Exciting news! I’ll post further updates on that as work progresses.

So, it’s been a busy week!
