Sinc Greater STL Chapter Tea Party

Hi all. It was a lovely weekend. The temperature in St. Louis peaked in the mid-to-upper eighties, and the sun shone at its best.

On Saturday, Marje and I hosted the Sisters in Crime Greater St. Louis Chapter’s annual spring Tea Party. Marje made scones and finger sandwiches to go with the Petit Fours we bought at the local bakery. Our guests were in high spirits. We each spoke of our writing efforts, exchanged stories, and played a game of Bingo in which we had to find fellow guests who had lived on an island, or written three books, or been to Africa, or held a STEM-related degree, etc. It was a delightful time among friends. As always, I’m looking forward to our future gatherings.
